Where (and how) life takes us
I’m not a particularly religious or spiritual person, but I do believe the universe has a way of balancing itself out. And I do believe that we end up where we’re supposed to be, even if the road to get there is a bit bumpy.

We are what we write and what we write is who we are. Just as art imitates life, so too do our stories imitate our psyches.

How do you read?
The thing is, reading is special. Reading allows you to be transported to a world totally different than your own. It gives you a vacation from the world, without having to travel a single step. Reading is special.

If you believe the bad, believe the good
So the next time you get a compliment, remember to give it as much weight as the criticism. Because both are subjective. And at the end of the day, neither really matters as much as what you think of yourself.
